Transportation POLICIES:

Claverach Farm is accessed by a single lane, private, unpaved road. Attendee(s), their agents, servants, contractors and guests, are responsible for providing their own transportation to and from the dinner venue. Claverach expressly disclaims any and all representations, guarantees or warranties, express, statutory or implied, as to the condition of said access road, and Claverach will not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to life, person or property including motor vehicles suffered by attendee(s), their agents, servants, contractors or guests in the use of said access road, and attendee(s), their agents, servants or guests agree that said use of the access road is on an “AS IS”, “WHERE IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” basis, assuming all risks associated with said use.

Please proceed with caution on the road. It is a narrow, one-way gravel road with some potholes. If you should happen to meet an oncoming car on the road, there are areas wide enough to pass carefully. If you are getting dropped off by a personal driver, it is VERY IMPORTANT that the driver not leave as incoming guests are still arriving. Drivers must wait until all of our guests have arrived to avoid safety issues associated with driving against incoming traffic. Drivers might have to wait up to 45 minutes before leaving the farm. Personal drivers must come back to the farm before the event ends to avoid outgoing traffic. Drivers are of course welcome to stay in our parking area during the full length of the event. We ask that you discuss these issues with your driver. 

The largest size vehicles that our road can accommodate are 12-passenger vans, 12-passenger shuttles, and 12-to-14-passenger sprinter vans. Larger vehicles such as stretch limos and buses are PROHIBITED.  Uber and taxis are also prohibited.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that dinner reservations are nonrefundable.  If for some reason you are unable to make it to your reserved dinner, you can transfer your reservation to another individual as long as we are notified via email of the transfer. We require the names and email addresses of all transferred reservations. Email claverachevents@gmail.com to notify us. Event down-payments are also nonrefundable.

dietary concerns:

Please note we can only accommodate the following dietary restrictions: Vegetarian, No pork, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Nut Allergy, and Shellfish Allergy. The format of our dinners does not allow us to accommodate any other dietary restrictions. No substitutions are available for vegans or food allergies other than those listed above.

FACILITIES:

Claverach is a working farm with inherent dangers and risks.  Guests shall notify their agents, servants, contractors and guests, that they will not use, encroach upon or in any way travel upon or disturb any area, equipment or property of Claverach not specifically authorized by the terms hereof, and they accept the responsibility for and assume the risk of any injury, harm or damage caused by a violation hereof.
